Stand Up Paddle (SUP) – Taster Session

Summer is starting and our SUP Taster Session will give you the opportunity to kick off your weekend with a splash. This event is a great opportunity to use the longer evenings to try out Stand Up Paddling (SUP) in a safe and friendly environment.

SUP is the summer sport which everyone can do. It is easy to learn and provides a great way of getting out and enjoying what Swiss lakes have to offer. In this taster session, we will show you the basic skills required to safely try out SUPing for the first time.

We will provide you with all of the equipment you need for the SUP Taster Session and be on hand to give you some valuable tips to get you on your way. You just need to bring a swimsuit, some warm clothes for after the session and your sense of humour.

50CHF including all equipment and coaching

Equipment:

Boards from STX and SMIK

Wetsuits, Leashes and Buoyancy Aids from Mystic (wetsuits will be provided if necessary, leashes and buoyancy aids are compulsory).

Insurance is the responsibility of the participant, by RSVPing “yes” you agree to act responsibly at all times on this event and to not hold Swiss Alpine Adventure or any person involved responsible for any injury or loss which may occur in relation to the event.
